The journal is fundamentally dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of ethical behavior across all active layers of our computer science research network. Published on a continuous bi-annual loop, the journal aligns its publication standards strictly with the code of conduct rules set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Preventing publishing malpractice, defending algorithmic originality, and ensuring complete assessment fairness are core pillars expected from all collaborating components: Authors, Peer Reviewers, Editorial Board Members, and the Publisher. Any systemic infraction involving algorithm manipulation, code plagiarism, or hidden text duplication will result in an immediate administrative block.

To preserve computational cataloging trust and protect dynamic computer science scholarship, all active editorial components are bound by the following performance criteria:

Duties of Editors	Editors evaluate submitted manuscripts solely based on analytical depth, algorithmic/theoretical originality, and computer engineering scope relevance. They maintain absolute blind confidentiality, manage conflicts of interest transparently, and launch systemic inquiries if ethical complaints are filed against an active manuscript.
Duties of Reviewers	Reviewers deliver timely, critical peer assessments to support editorial selection decisions. They must treat all assigned files as highly confidential assets, declare competing personal or institutional interests, and alert the chief editor immediately if data overlapping or code/dataset fabrication is suspected across tracking models.
Duties of Authors	Authors must present an accurate account of original computing research performed alongside comprehensive verification protocols and source parameters. They explicitly guarantee that the manuscript is not under evaluation or published elsewhere and that all listed co-authors have verified and formally approved the final text package.

Misconduct & Plagiarism Regulations

Code & Text Replication: Passing off the scholarly research, machine learning layouts, or unique code structures of others as your own is a severe violation. All scripts undergo systematic verification checks.
Data/Runtime Fabrication: Falsifying computational benchmarking metrics, manipulating algorithm runtime logs, or altering training accuracy details will trigger immediate manuscript disqualification.
AI Content Integrity: Generative text engines must not be used to create primary empirical outcomes or core software testing datasets. Any AI assistance in document optimization must be clearly disclosed.

Handling Publishing Malpractice

Pre-Publication: If metadata anomalies or algorithmic configuration violations are verified during the evaluation phase, the manuscript will be rejected immediately, and institutional department directors may be notified.
Post-Publication: If severe ethical breaches or citation errors are discovered after an article goes live online, a formal Correction Note or an official Article Retraction will be processed instantly.
Sanction Triggers: Research networks or authors found to be systematically violating core ethical frameworks may face a temporary ban on future portal submissions.

Originality, Concurrent Submissions, and Referencing Integrity

Authors must formally guarantee that their computer science manuscripts represent entirely unique research. Submitting a single strategic draft to multiple international journals simultaneously constitutes highly unethical publishing behavior and is completely unacceptable under our bi-annual processing track. If an author has adapted historical methodology configurations, mathematical designs, or standard software libraries, these components must be explicitly cited and referenced in the text block.

Important Note

The journal reserves the absolute right to reject any incoming work or retract published documents that do not align with this Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement. All structural decisions made by the Chief Editor and the ethical review panel are final.
